Ordered 2 mats, only one was delivered (in Jan) and we were told the other was out of stock. We were given the option at that time to wait for the one we ordered, one of another color or a refund. We chose to wait, now we are being given the run around. We will probably never see the other mat we paid for!!

BUYER BEWARE!! If I could give a negative stars I would! The mats binding comes off when you wash them. And at the price you pay for them it should not happen. They do not stand by their products after 60 days.

I bought these as they were originally intended to help keep my floors clean when the dog came inside and had wet dirty feet. I have also been wonderfully surprised that they work great as a puppy pad for the new puppy. And they are machine washable and dryable so it’s a win win for me

There were issues with the shipment of my order. I was very surprised at the AMAZING customer service. In todays world a lot of businesses are missing the human element. Maddy-Mat has the best customer service I have seen in YEARS. And that is the truth. The mats..the mats are better than I expected and I will order from Muddy-Mats again for sure.

I purchased a long runner type muddy mat and I’m fine with the appearance of it. But it doesn’t get the mud or the wetness off my dogs paws. Just buy a Chenille mat for the same effect. My complaint, though is that after four or five washings, the flimsy backing is coming off, I have emailed the company but they probably haven’t had time to respond. I think $90 was a waste of money for this product. Not sure when I got it but several months ago . Would not purchase again

Hello! I just wanted to send a quick THANK YOU!! Our MuddyMats arrived today and all of my anxiety about ordering from your company was proven wrong. The order came quickly, the product is NOT a knock off, quality is outstanding and the color matches the first rug that I purchased off of Amazon. Trust me the knock offs are not of good quality as I ordered a second “muddymat” off of Amazon and immediately returned it due to quality issues. This particular sale was an amazing value! We thank you, our dogs and home also thank you!! I will be recommending your company to all of my dog loving family and friends. Sincerely, Vicky Potter

Like others that have reviewed I was presented with a confusing, long-winded web page with constant popups, was charged before seeing any "checkout" screens showing me totals, they add ridiculous shipping and "sales tax" (we don't do that in the UK, VAT is included in the price, or paid on import). The mat feet are likely unnecessary, but I figured for 1.99 extra couldn't hurt - except they're 1.99 EACH and there are four of them, plus extra shipping and sales tax! Unbelievable, and this is not obvious on the pop-up. Absolutely disgraceful business practices, I have had to go to my bank to have my charges reversed as they refused to refund me even though I requested this immediately after the order went through and before a tracking number had been assigned (which is the point where cancellation is impossible). They keep offering me vouchers and waxing lyrical about how amazing their product is - I don't care, I just want my money back, I do not want to deal with such a dodgy company.

I placed an order with this company. The experience was challenging as there were lots of things popping up offering various special offers at every step. Long story short, I was charged 2 lots of shipping and overcharged for some rubber non slip corners which I didn't even need as the mats are non slip. I commented on their FB page and someone from the company said they really wanted to resolve this for me. I told them how they could resolve it for me...refund one of shipping costs and give me the price quoted for the corners. They said they would give me a $100 gift card ( sure they would) but I naturally declined as I don't want to order from this company again. They are now ignoring all my messages and still no refund. Steer clear of this company!
