Would like to say thankyou to Clavin Fernandes and the Muhimbi support team for their great work and rapid response helping us solve a big issue. We have been building Flows in MS Power Automate to improve our document management process around controlled docs - the Muhimbi watermarking and pdf conversion service is key to our automation processes. While preparing for UAT and go-live, our Muhimbi service stopped working due to changes we'd initiated to our subscription. Once we narrowed down the cause of the issue, Clavin jumped on a zoom call, helped us reconfigure our subscription settings and made sure all of the flows were working again.
