Hi Marc, If you have had a bad experience with Multiplay Gameservers then please do take the time to provide us all with a little more detail. This will help us help you, improve our service if required and help others to make an informed decision before purchasing our servers. From looking back at your account, I notice that you sent an abusive ticket to support regarding an issue with your Rust server. To protect our team, we don't normally respond to abusive support tickets but on this occasion, we responded within five minutes. We recommended that you upgrade your RAM allocation or disable any Addons that were causing the excessive use of memory. Did you try either of these recommendations?
