Quality Poor..So Disappointing!
I purchased the Filtered Showerhead™ with the free Shower Hose & Connector Set and it was delivered March 21, 2026 --used it, and I followed all procedures/suggestions for maintenace, drying and care [noted on the website, reviews and customer videos].
On April 15, 2026 I received the Replacement Filters (3 Pack) I ordered...advertised to be '18 Stage Filtration'... 'Filters 99% of chlorine, rust & heavy metals for the softest skin and hair', Explore the Main Filter Elements That Make Our Technology Superior and Incredibly Powerful in Combatting Skin and Hair Issues Effectively-- 1. Activated Carbon Filter 2. PP Cotton Filter 3. Mineral Stone Filter [for brevity here---see website for details]
I installed 1 of the filters May 13, 2026--- at that time I did not open the discarded filter to verify what was actually in it. Nor did I open the 3 filters I received, believing they were as advertised. They were definitely NOT! This I found out today [June 29, 2026] when, in addition to the issues of June 27, 2026, I decided to uninstalled the unit and opened the used filter and the 2 unopened ones finding nothing at all in them! At that 'revelation' I ceased to 'wonder' why my skin is even more irrated, hair rougher, and shedding way more than when I was using my previous showerhead and filter!
June 27, 2026 I notice rusting on the surface metal [Note: at least 1 other reviewer also had that issue] and also much water drop spotting there also. Prior to this I began find it hard to keep dripping from occuring at the 'screw and unscrew' points.
I have purchased a new Showerhead and Filters and cannot recommend Muravai. I did not contact Muravai as the company's stated refund policy is 30 days. Return's are accepted within 40 days of delivery so I qualify for neither.

Further, I said I do not request any replacements, for the filters or the entire Showerhead unit either. I mentioned [as I noted in my TrustPilot review...'I have purchased a new Showerhead and Filters and cannot recommend Muravai.' ]
I also let Angela know that I will update my TrustPilot Review to reflect the latest and consider the matter [and any association with your company] at an end.
However, I also told Angela that 'I appreciate your pleasant and polite manner' and thanked her again in closing.

We'd like to clarify that our replacement filters are manufactured with multiple filtration media sealed inside the filter housing, so they should not be empty. If the filter appears to be missing its filtration material or if you've experienced rusting or any other product defects, we'd appreciate the opportunity to investigate.

The Hose from Hell
I enjoy the filter and settings however the hose is cheaply made less than 2 week use in master bath and water is squirting out of the side of the hose. Also it’s hard to contact customer service.

At Christmas time I purchased one for…
At Christmas time I purchased one for our home and one for my sons home and one for grand-daughters home. Everyone really liked it. Hair is actually getting the shampoo out. My skin is better. My Grand-daughter said she may need to get another for when in-laws come. Now the part I hate. I have 3 boxes of filters delivered to my home. I tried to call and I sent email and have not reached any communication. I have no ideal why I received another shower head. I really do not like it when I can not get a call or information back.

I bought the BOGO filtered shower…
I bought the BOGO filtered shower heads. Excellent pressure. After a week the shower head with the clear viewing port for the filter split in half. I then installed a metal shower head holder along with the other shower head that doesn't have a clear viewing port. It's good so far. The plastic shower head holder was flimsy.

I ordered 2 showerheads during the BOGO, specifically for the enhanced water pressure as my mom's is really low. I installed ours in our main shower and hers in her shower. Not even a month in our hose sprung a leak. The little gasket that's crimped into the hose blew out. After much back and forth with support and a 2 week wait, a replacement hose arrived finally and all is good again. We chalked it up to using the stop feature and it being too pressurized, so we'd stop using that. However, my mom's experienced the same exact failure. Her water pressure isn't nearly high enough to cause the same issue. Likely these hoses were faulty and shouldn't have been sent out. It seemed like they weren't crimped tightly enough. Thankfully support was much quicker to send a replacement this time, which I should receive soon, but alas I have little faith in the company or their components now. For such an expensive showerhead that boasts about quality in ALL their ads, they sure have dropped the ball.

Cons: There are imperfections on the chrome ring where it's not chromed all the way(it is not made of metal). I'm not convinced the paper filter has all the layers the advertisement says it has - Is it really filtering? Shower head mount moves no matter how much it is tightened.
Pros: Love how you can shut it off. Can easily choose spray type. Shower nozzles can make low water pressure feel more powerful.
