You chose "Will Call," meaning you'll pick up your item as your shipping choice, and that is why your order didn’t ship. We were not able to reach you by phone or email to correct this problem. We have refunded your PayPal account as well as responded to you in the refund comments in PayPal.

We agree and sorry for the delay. You shouldn't have to call in for a refund. We will institute a new policy of processing refunds within 24 hours on any orders placed during the week. All others will be handled on the following work day.

We Are sorry about this. Although this was 6 months ago , we remember the circumstances differently. You asked for an obsolete part that was hard to find. We offered the new replacement part but didn't hear back from you. We will be happy to get you the replacement part if you like.
