MuselyReviews of musely.com

The agent was professional, proficient, and diligent at handling my request. Not only that, they did everything they said they were going to do in a timely manner. Thank you Musely!

Their customer service with my application issue was amazing. They shipped out a new one immediately and I was able to get back on my system really quickly. And I am starting to see results with my under eye bags.

Doesn't work, no one contacts you for follow ups and they use that against you when you try to get a refund. They process orders sooner than they should be and expect you to pay just because they jumped the date and processed early.

Looking forward to getting my product and start using it

It doesn’t work. The results are nowhere near what you see in the photos in the Musely advertisement. I bought the skin cream, skin repair, spot cream, eye cream, and peel-off mask. I never use peel-off masks because I don’t have time to spend a week at home recovering from the peel, but I did use the other creams for six months and ten days. Trust me, I don’t have deep wrinkles, and I only have two tiny melasma patches, each about a quarter the size of a dime. The eye cream does nothing for my eye bags. It has a slight improvement for eye wrinkles, but not much because I don’t have deep eye wrinkles. The spot cream is useless. There’s no improvement at all. I messaged the doctor, and she told me to give it three more months to work. Now, it’s been six months, and it still doesn’t work. The wrinkle cream does nothing for my forehead and neck, and those wrinkles are still there. Again, I don’t have deep wrinkles, only tiny ones that are hardly noticeable unless you pay close attention. The cell cream does nothing except act as a moisturizer. It doesn’t make your face brighter or glow like in the before-and-after photos of other people. Seriously, I feel like the entire advertising is misleading and a scam. Don’t waste your money. I wasted my money to have subscription and send to my home for three orders, I fully regret it.

Dermontologist emailed me. It was easy to cancel a mistake order.

I like Musely treatment ,Support and help.Since one year I am using but in my face I think 50Percetage ok.I hope it will cure

Very disappointed! Deceptive marketing and subpar product. Based on the marketing and reviews I thought I'd give Musely a try, as I was hoping to consolidate my exosome subscription with another company and my estrogen face cream with yet another company into one place. But after using the product for about a month now I am extremely disappointed. I had previously used the young goose and the plated exosome products and loved them both and saw significant good results within a couple weeks that I felt justified the high cost. But after a bit more than a month of the musely, it feels like it is doing absolutely nothing for my skin and I've lost the improvements I saw with a year's use of the other products. I will not be trying the face cream. I also ordered the eye cream, which similarly seems not to do much. It's very thin, hard to apply and is less effective than my previous eye cream. Also the quantity was a joke. What Musely advertises as a 2 month supply is half the size of the other two products I've used and barely lasted a month. They say to use a pea sized amount (about half of the other product) to try to cover my face which is impossible with the thick hard to spread formulation. I am very disappointed in this company - at the very least they should disclose up front the volume/quantity of the product that you are purchasing to make is easy to see that it half the size and much more expensive than other, much higher quality and effective products in this same category. Just for your fyi i have been using alloy face cream, serum, eye cream and tretinoin and have found their claim that it is a 3 month supply to be accurate. The products are high quality, easy to apply and use and extremely effective. I started out using the young goose exosomose which were very effective (but due to bad customer service and limited scientific documentation and disclosure from them) and switched to plated just to try it out and also found it to be very effective. Do not waste your time and money with this company that also charges a virtual doctors visit fee with each purchase, adding to the deceptive behaviour of this company. Exosomes do not require a doctors visit!!
