Thank you for sharing your feedback! We are so sorry to hear that you have not yet achieved your desired results with your treatment. Please kindly note that results can commonly take 6-8 weeks, and we recommend completing your eNurse checkups, as this program is designed to guide you through your treatment, track progress, and provide recommendations! If you haven’t seen improvements or have specific concerns, we encourage you to consult with your designated doctor for personalized advice. Additionally, we kindly ask that you reach out to Musely Support via support.musely.com/hc/en-us/articles/360051279814-How-can-I-contact-Support and reference #Trustpilot, and we’ll be happy to assist you further.
