Its absolutely wild to me that this company says "Spotify said they will be deleting inactive accounts" as a counter to their customers saying "after I stopped the service my FOLLOWERS disappeared." Y'all must have your heads so far up your own butts to push this narrative BECAUSE it reinforces the idea that you use bots, fake streams and fake followers. You literally have admitted to using inactive accounts that "Spotify has deleted". there is NO way that an account with 5,000 new followers would suddenly only have 500 after stopping services. Seems very convenient that Spotify has deleted the accounts of followers for a large amount of your clients. You are frauds and you know it.

Hello! We don't ever send bots or any type of fake engagement. All campaigns are based on a combination of native advertising, targeted blog outreach, and track distribution to playlist curators, according to the chosen campaign. Our services fully comply with Spotify's terms of service. We advertise through a network of sites and blogs using native ads. You've probably seen many native ads across the internet, especially on big news sites. Here's a simple article I just found on Google about this type of advertising: https://blog.taboola.com/what-is-programmatic-native-advertising/ According to the responsible for your campaign, recently Spotify patched an update that saw many users noticing this drop. With that in mind, we'll be boosting more ad placements while keeping an eye on your campaign to ensure it achieves the numbers it should. My apologies for this, and if you need anything else, let me know! If you didn't contact our customer service yet regarding this issue, please do it throw our customer service channels: https://musicvertising.com/contact/ [email protected] Best regards, Musicvertising Customer Service Team

I did get about 1300 streams on one of my songs, but it wasn't one of the any I wanted to stream and I'm pretty sure the thing said like 5k-10k (don't quote me on that) but I mean yeah 1300 is crazy for somebody with 40 monthly listeners so yes I'm satisfied, but at the same time I'm not if you know what I'm saying

Hello Landon! You canceled your campaign on the first week of the subscription. As you can see on our website on your package, a Starter Campaign, we expect to reach 5000 streams and 500 followers only after a whole month of promotion. So, 1300 streams are inside what er expect for a single week of campaign. If you still have questions, let us know through our customer service channels. https://musicvertising.com/contact/ [email protected] Best regards, Musicvertising Customer Service Team

Mark.
Scam. I paid for their Spotify playlisting service and it made no difference whatsoever to the number of streams of my track. When I contacted them, predictably, they did not reply. The only reason I gave them one star is that it's not possible to give them zero or a negative number.
