We really had a great experience with muzata’s wire railing for the deck of our mountain house. I was building a massive deck (720SQF) and this wire was easy to install with two people and it worked more or less flawlessly.

Muzata was extremely helpful a couple of brackets were missing and they sent them to me quickly so my project wouldn’t get held up. Their customer service team was professional and their pricing is unmatched.

I have used Muzata railing products on two different projects on my property over the past 5 years. I felt like the first time was just a lucky break because everything went smoothly and there were no issues. Everything from the products themselves to the instructions to the customer care all throughout the process was fantastic. Thought it was a fluke, but I found out on the second project that it was even better. My previous Muzata parts had been improved and made the job even easier. Kudos to Kiri at Muzata for all their help and making the ordering so easy. Great job, and I will certainly use them again for my next project. Thanks Bruce Jones

I accessed Muzata thru web search. Was a bit reluctant to work with a company in Asia, but gave them a try to get another price to compare. I was surprised to find how competitive they where. Submitted a sketch and the detail and pricing was well explained and all inclusive. After several weeks we landed on a plan and pricing to my liking. Shipment and feedback were excellent. The product was easy to install, very good instructions . I would use them again!

I had a complex deck layout that I needed design assistance with and the free Muzata team was on top of every question I had. Additionally, when my order arrived and a piece was missing due to a damaged in shipping box, the Customer Service team member (Brandon) quickly sent a replacement part. Great customer experience. I can't wait to get everything installed.

We have wanted a metal railing for a long time for the interior stairway of our contemporary house. We got custom quotes and they were so high we put in something very temporary (2x4s ha!) Our carpenter found Muzata on Amazon, but we had a very strange open triangle area between the 2 flight of steps and landing. So we really needed guidance on how to deal with that. Maxine was fantastic. She walked us through a couple of options, and also everything we needed for the railings. We really appreciated her help with design layout and their quick responses. Quick and helpful and really like the finished product. Would absolutely use the product again. Highly recommend working with Maxine
