Upon requesting a consultation, the Dr reached out very quickly with suggestions. We had a dialog through text and she gave me a plan. There was a little hiccup in my order at first, but Alloy resolved it in a timely manner. After starting HRT I had another question for my Dr and again her response was almost immediate! I feel my concerns/questions were respected and taken seriously. Great products and attentive company. I'm sleeping and feeling better. Thank you
