Thank you for your feedback. We completely understand that taste is very personal, and what one customer loves might not be the perfect fit for someone else. We’re already in touch with you and are happy to help however we can. 💛

Updated ….. after communicating with Bee Balm customer service via email, they have returned my two month VIP fees that I did not know I had signed up for! Product is exceptional! Just watch out for what you are purchasing when you pay for the items in your cart! Changing my rating up to a 4! Nice product but deceptive practices getting new clients to sign up for VIP Club treatment… continuous $10 fee charged monthly after making first purchase… Customer service refuses to refund VIP club fees after discovering a recurring monthly charge not knowing you signed up for it.

I have purchased several items and been happy with each one. I gave some as gifts; which were praised by the recipients, and kept some for myself. In my experience this is the best lip treatment I have ever used and I have tried many. It keeps my lips hydrated without feeling sticky or waxy and does not need to be reapplied every few minutes.

We’re so grateful for your support and can’t wait for you to enjoy even more new flavors as they launch! 🐝✨
