I’m in love with the balms, I have ordered 3 times so far. I gave as Christmas gifts (as well as for myself). My only disappointment is with the scrub/mask combinations, the jars are 1/2 the size of the balms, too small to store the applicators, so you have to find something to put them in. They are twice the price, and half the size. I would rather pay more to have the same size as the balms, so the applicators can safely be stored in the lid. Other than that, I’m an absolute fan of the balms!

Great quality for the prices! Best lip balm ever used and the containers are adorable! My daughters and I all love the little honey dipper applicators, what a unique and great way to keep lip balm clean from germs! Highly recommend!!

It doesn't leave my lips white, peeling, and worst off than what I started. Shipping was awesome as well.

I ordered 4 items on November 13, 2025. Never received the order, contacted the company for a refund since they were Christmas gifts. I was told they don’t refund, even though my order was never delivered. They offered to resend the items. When i said ok, really i have no choice if i can’t get a refund. They advised me they no longer had the ones i ordered so i had to take another type. Buyer beware. Very unsatisfied. Will not being ordering from this company.

Thanks for your review. Unfortunately, it looks like your first order was lost in transit. While it’s really important to us to take accountability, some things are simply outside of our control, especially when it comes to shipping carriers. We arranged a free replacement right away, and we can see that it was successfully delivered on December 2nd. We always want our customers to feel supported, and while shipping issues are sometimes outside our control, we’re here to help and will continue working to make things better.

I did not receive my order One tracking service says it was delivered and the other tracker says it was returned The customer service number does not work I feel like I've been scammed because no one has reached back out to to resolve this matter
