I bought the BeeBalms to give as Christmas gifts. So I don't really have a review to give yet. I'm sure they will be used, and they smell delicious!

From the time I placed my order to the time I received it at my door was amazingly quick. It was only 3days!! Everything came as I ordered and no breakage. I haven’t tried the balm yet as I got them as a gift for my daughter. I expect them to be a good product. Thank you

I ordered extra lip balm applicators. 2 of the 3 were broken. When I contacted company for replacement they wanted pictures of everything in the order in addition to broken product, pkg, etc. They then said it would cost too much for them to replace & only offered refund. That was disappointing & will impact my desire to order from them in the future.

Thank you for your honest review, we truly appreciate the chance to learn from your experience. We’re genuinely sorry that two of your applicators arrived damaged. Our request for photos is in place to help us understand what went wrong and improve both packaging and quality control. In this case, we offered a refund as the most efficient way to resolve the issue quickly for you, though we understand this may have felt disappointing. We always want our customers to feel confident ordering from us, and we’ll take your feedback into account as we continue improving our service. If you ever have questions or need support in the future, we’re still here to help.
