Thank you for letting us know. We’re really sorry your package was marked as delivered but didn’t arrive. That’s incredibly frustrating, especially when past orders went smoothly. We’ve already arranged a replacement shipment for you so you don’t have to wait any longer. While these rare delivery issues are out of our hands, we always take responsibility for making things right on our end. Our goal is for every customer to feel cared for and confident when ordering from us and we’re here for you every step of the way. 💛

I love bee balm. I’ve bought all the minis and am working my way through them. Can’t wait to get each new flavor. This is so good at keeping my lips from chapping and peeling.
