I ordered a book which is listed as new but what I received was clearly used with markings and bent pages. I expected better quality based on the description. I emailed multiple time but no support from their side.

I am really frustrated with this website. I ordered NFPA books over a month ago but I still have not received them. When I check the tracking, it shows the package is in India. When exactly will I get my order?

My ordered book finally showed up nearly 10 days and the corners were bent it had like been tossed around. The packaging was really flimsy for something this expensive. This way my first order from here, and probably my last.

Twice now, I've ordered books that were marked in stock only to be told days later that they're unavailable. Why even list them if they're not there? It's frustrating to get your hopes up and then be let down.

I Bought a book from their website and it was delivered very late. The product was not in good quality either. Tried to connect with their customer support service but did not get satisfactory response from them.
