The platform keeps changing for the better. So far, the price increases have been reasonable. They are very responsive to customer service. I really wish I could port my number into the texting function, it would allow me to communicate with my clients all at one.

Document Integration. I've been using the , i.e. "mycase desktop" for over two months now and it's very convenient. No more reminders about uploading or syncing else where. I even like it more than Dropbox, which there is an integration for, as the version tracking is right in MyCase, easy to find.

It's great to have client communications (including texts) documents and billing all on one site. My clients find it easy to use.

No refunds. Not really good software at all. Poor document automation. No Zapier access either.

This is a closed API program, which means that NOTHING will work with it, the integrations they claim will work, don't. I can't access DropBox without signing in to separate accounts, MyCase will not work with PDFs or Judicial Forms. The desktop add on to work with Word ALSO doesn't work. It's really only redeeming quality is that it's cheap, and they are changing that aspect as well.

MyCase spends most of its time adding and pushing "features" which the do no know how implement and do not work. Please avoid MyCase, especially the accounting module. We've been trying to get this "feature" implemented for 2 months now and it's been one thing after another. I couldnt enter the chart of accounts because I was the accountant, but when I log in, I cant use the accounting module, it is "read only".

1.My firm (practice) pays a monthly membership to MYCASE for a client record and payment portal. 2. Payments are up to date, yet the company, since July 24, 2022, has locked the firm out of the portal for which the company pays a monthly fee. This has caused irreparable harm to the practice. 3. The firm continues to bill the practice and continues to keep, without authorization, confidential information of the firm and its clients. 4. All efforts to speak with the company have been met with sarcasm and childish responses from a person who will only identify himself as __________. He claims to be the company's only representative. 5. This company appears to have to have no management staff or attorneys. 6. The problem is easily resolvable. It is a simple as my firm being permitted to associate a new email address. 7. My law firm has been a customer of this fraudulently operated company for approximately 3 years. 8. The problem is a follows: A fellow lawyer also is Mycase subscriber. His firm and my firm have partnered to handle a case. This means that I can access his MYCASE portal as to the client in issue. When I signed into the shared client portal on Saturday, July 23, 2022, MYCASE then disallowed me from signing into my firm's portal. This is a minor software glitch on the MYCASE side, yet it has done nothing to resolve the problem other than to blame my firm. I can't even convince Mycase to talk on the telephone. There have been approximately 43 emails over approximately 5 days. This is a company which lawyers should avoid!

My firm has used MyCase since 2014. Everything ran smoothly until 2021, when we began receiving numerous 500/502/504 server errors when trying to access MyCase. The "engineering team" was unable to solve the issues after multiple calls. I'm guessing the problems aren't isolated to my firm. I don't know if MyCase isn't paying for enough bandwidth through AWS or if they have something misconfigured server-side, but it's a huge problem. Would highly recommend you DO NOT use MyCase until these issues are resolved.
