It's a great user friendly program that is very organized and easy to use. There is some glitches and some things that can be more simplified but overall I really recommend this program to any law office. It's awesome!

MyCase is an easy and comprehensive case management system. Clients absolutely love it. It's the best system out there in my opinion.

Not flexible for creating reports or accounts receivables. Customer service is great but they spend most of their time apologizing for the inflexibility and lack of ingenuity of the mycase program. You cannot create custom reports with only select columns; you have to create a report using preset categories + some custom fields, and then delete what you don't want in the pdf file. There is no way to customize reports unless you run it, save as pdf or csv, and then edit out the categories you don't need. Also, the accounts receivable report section runs alphabetical by first name. Who files by first name?

We used PC Law and Rocket Matter prior to discovering MyCase. MyCase has updated our practice, supports our needs, and elevated our communication with our clients. Every single day I am grateful we switched to MyCase's online system. It has cut our paperwork in half, allows our clients the ability to see their documents and communicate with us, allows us to keep our clients up to date with their calendar, documents, and information flow. We are a small firm and MyCase and staff have supported us greatly. We highly recommend it.

MyCase is brilliant! A simple Google search for a way to track time entries led us to MyCase. It was a wonderful discovery! Soon we learned that MyCase handles just about everything in a law practice. It has worked very well for us. When we have a question about something, a call or an email is all it takes to get a timely and helpful response from MyCase. Keep up the great work, and thank you, MyCase! :)
