Hi Lauren, Thanks for responding to our survey. Our cleaners should certainly not be complaining about personal problems or waiting around for a tip. I am sorry about that and I will be addressing it with my staff. As far as our pricing and timing, our prices are extremely competitive in the industry. There are cheaper options, if you are willing to forgo customer service, insurance, training, bonding, and a company that does right by its staff through offering things like healthcare, 401k matching, etc. That said, our customers quickly learn the difference when they go this route.
