Only 4 stars because it took many MORE hours than 2 - 4 !! Other than that the service was excellent!!!

My only complaint is the number of pop up advertising I receive from IOLO I wish your company wouild cut back on the frequency of these pop ups.

Beware of surprise charges. The software works well for my purposes, but I got hit with the 'live tech' fee of $19.95/mo after the 1st month. Had to call to cancel, but they would not remove the charge. Also, there is no way to log in to your billing account to monitor. Kinda sketchy. Here's what I was told: JFlo 07:32:55 am How do I log into my account? Yuri Robb 07:33:06 am John , we do not have online login where you can check your account details, however currently we are upgrading our online platform and due to that our customers are not able to access account online. Once process is completed, you will receive email notification to access account online. We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you, however till then we can help you with any details you would like to get help over chat 24*7.' Hopefully the monthly 'live tech' fees stop. Why do all these services try to rip you off? Can't they just be above board and provide transparent services at a reasonable cost?

I always have had excellent service but I'm disappointed that the initial person I talk with is always trying to sell me something and at times they don't know when to quit and get pushy and rude.

I kept hesitating on getting my pc cleaned out. Until I notice I had to wait a good half hour waiting for my PC to finish with background script. I hated it! So enough is enough I researched and come across MyCleanPC and decided to scan my pc. I had so many crap on it. I become a member and called the tech support and they guided me and had them remotely finish it.. It took like a good hour. Now my PC is super clean. Thank you so much! Very satisfied with the service so far.
