I had been dreading this for quite some time. We had always been a sole proprietorship and I really resisted doing all the paperwork I was sure this would require. To my absolute amazement, they made it more simple that I would have imagined. Could not have been any easier.

We established an LLC in a few minutes. MyCorporation took care of the filings with the state. Everything went like clockwork and we have no complaints. They DO call you frequently for a week or two trying to get you to use their payroll help, or tax help, or management help. I get it.....but enough is enough. One or two calls to verify that I didn't want any more help should have sufficed. Still, overall, it was a very good experience and I would absolutely use them again.
