Was not given my e Walmart card for taking cologuard test as they said they would. False advertising. I've contacted many times and get the run around. I visit their often but they're not the only game in town so if they cant be honest then I'll go somewhere else

The Dr's are nice but. I needed prescriptions filled, important ones i cant be without. i put in the request on August 21. No response. I put in another request Sept 14, no response. Another one Sept 19. Nothing. So i had to wait until Sept 21 to call and ask what is going on. Only for Ana to tell me they dont recieve the requests we make via my chart. Which is a lie because i have had refills filled in the past in December and May via My Chart. Now im out of meds. I had to schedule a zoom appointment to even get a refill but nobody called to tell me this. i had a zoom meeting which was scheduled at 2pm but dr. didnt show up until 2:31. i feel unheard and unimportant. i also feel sick and miserable for being out of meds which wont be ready until 11 am tomorrow. im dead.
