It's really nice to work with a company that has real people available to answer your questions and help solve your problem. And not only a real person, but also someone as friendly and easy going as Liz. this could have been really frustrating experience and she made it easy.

I cancelled my subscription fifteen days before the annual renewal. I received a snippy email that I had to unsubscribe within thirty days prior to renewal and that I was now stuck paying for the next 12 months. RUN! RUN! Find an ethical company to send your money.

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Do not use this company and do not give them any business. They treat customers like their enemies. Not sure how this company is still in business.

Like the software have had it for 3 plus years. But I can't figure out how to get customer support. That is why I'm giving them a 2 star. I see 5 stars for customer support, you know something we can figure out.

Our organization had an absurd experience with Emma in which they actually deleted our account. Due to a transition in marketing we had a payment issue, so were past due. Fair enough, it was an oversight on our part. But instead of just suspending our account they deleted it, and now say they can't restore it. Instead, they say they can give us 24 hours to retrieve a minimal amount of data before shutting it down again. When I asked why I couldn't simply pay to restore the account, they said it was too late and we had to talk to sales if we wanted a new one! Keep in mind we used Emma for 13 years, and this was the first and only payment issue. I've never experienced anything like this and 20 years, and I'm so glad we were starting to look at alternatives anyway.

I have been with emma for 3 years now and the are too expensive and their functionality was not great. Because of covid, we decided to terminate since we need to spend wisely, realised we have only 2 months left before the contract end, but they refused to let us terminate early and given the fact we have been with them and fulfiling all our payment. Strongly will not recommend them.

This film is beautifully photographed and acted. But like so many english films, it is difficult what the actors are saying much of the time; especially in this one where the characters are whispering to one another. Too bad the english are unable to solve the sound problem. I don't suppose they would stoop to including subtitles.........

I've never experienced such poor account management in my entire marketing career. As a paying customer (locked into a three year contract) I can't even say who my account manager is. I have been completely ignored in my numerous attempts to contact Emma and I'm left feeling incredibly frustrated. The system on the whole is ok but has many limitations and it is not fit for our purpose.
