I would highly recommend Emma to anyone in need of an intuitive email platform. The workshops, resource materials, support team, and blueprint strategy have been immensely helpful - "added value" is an understatement.

First and foremost, DO NOT spend the $399 on the "training", that is a complete scam. Second, do not try the product for your business clients unless you are absolutely sure you will be using it for a long period of time. MYEmma will not let you out of the (all together) ridiculous term "contract" they have. There are plenty of other better options that provide the same features with no set contract, ie MailChimp. Horrible experience, I used the product for one month, with NO real training and discontinued using the product and email marketing service for my business. Yet, MyEmma is still charging my credit card, costing my business money. If a company isn't using your product or you they are unsatisfied with your product, you should not continue to bill them. That is a prime example of a greedy business that doesn't care about Customer Satisfaction, only money.

I'm very sorry to hear about your experience with Emma, and thank you for sharing such honest feedback so we can address your concerns. I'm Cliff Corr, Director of Customer Success at Emma and it's very important to me to understand where we could have provided you with a better product and service experience. That way, I can involve the necessary teams to ensure we make changes to better meet your expectations and business needs. If the training you received wasn’t helpful, I'd love to dig into why and ensure we address that on all future trainings. I will reach out to you directly to set up a time to discuss. Thanks again for this feedback. — Cliff

Emma gets the job done, however there are some real drawbacks. Every single page loads frustratingly slowly, and this is particularly a major issue if you're trying to page through prior emails sent. Speaking of - why on earth wouldn't you list emails by the date sent, rather than how many days weeks or months previous they were sent? There are all kinds of little unintuitive navigation issues, both within the system and in design? (Why are there so many different ways to change the spacing around a text box?) That said, the sending procedure is great, and the help chat line is actually useful and informative, unlike many other companies. And it is worlds-away better than all the other free or low cost options on the market. Still, for the price one is paying, you would expect a little more speed and fewer issues.

Emma is very user-friendly and has many features. I can and do recommend it to others consistently. The platform is always growing with the times and adding new features, which is important for communicators.

Overall, I love Emma! I find it fairly intuitive and easy to work with compared to other email services I've used. There are a few things that are a little clunky, like that I can't change the size of photo captions and that my photo sizes are so limited (the difference between "medium" and "small" are often pretty desperate.) Otherwise, I think Emma is a great tool!

I love My Emma. The platform is easy to use and there are lots of creative options to personalize my mailings.

Our firm is a new Emma user and although we are still learning the finer details of the system, are most pleased with results to date, especially the excellent personal service from Emma Inc.'s team. The drag and drop interface is very well designed and intuitively easy to use, with every feature you might want. The "code your own" window is a hit with us because, well, we love to sit down and just do some nice relaxing HTML coding once once in a while! Thanks Emma!

Great customer service. Awesome product. I especially love Emma Resources where excellent writers post content that educates users and helps them get the most out of Emma.
