This so needed clean-up of my computer was easy. Done in a very short span of time and worth it. Do not hesitate to use Fast PC if you every have a problem with your computer. I was amazed at the time it took which happened in just a couple of hours and I did not have to move out of the house and take it somewhere else which would, for me be a real inconvenience. Super fast service! Removed unnecessary icons, found spyware I did not know was hidden on my PC. They identified phishing and unwanted garbage stored on the computer and also removed those. I was impressed with the speed and accuracy,

COMPLETELY MESSED UP MY COMPUTER TO THE POINT I HAD TO HIRE SOMEONE ELSE TO CLEAR UP THE MESS. IN ADDITION, NOT HONEST-ESTABLISHED SEVERAL PRINTERS ON MY COMPUTER AND APPARENTLY HAD MY TRAFFIC ROUTED TO THEM. I COULD NOT PRINT ANYTHING.

When I spoke to them about my problem, they accessed my PC. They cleaned the computer up & I was very satisfied with the work they did.
