J'ai acheté un coffret de poupées KPOP HUNTERS. J'ai reçu des poupées Made in China donc des contrefaçons ! HONTEUX ! A FUIR !!!

You shipped the order to the wrong address. I contacted you at the customer email (customerservice at mygift dot com) you provided several times and you never responded, really poor service!!!

The return policy is unreasonable. I bought a $35 item that didn't fit my bathroom countertop and had to return it. However, I was required to pay $21 to do so! I won't shop there again.

Never ordering here again, I regret it so much. I have been waiting for my money for 3 months after the return. A shipment of 51 euros to China; in March it still hasn't arrived at the warehouse. It is in China, that's what my track and trace code says, but they still aren't refunding anything. I did my duty, so they have to pay it back.

A return request was submitted more than a week ago but as of today, there has been no response from the company.

It's been over a month and still haven't received my order. Got one email from customer service but then they went silent. The USPS label says still waiting for shipping but got an email that was delivered. Overall very poor customer service, have sent repeated emails and no reply.

Very disappointed. I’m trying to return my products that I ordered and I can’t get ahold of any customer representative to process the return. I sent an email on Monday and on Wednesday. I tried calling today and their voicemail says their phone line is closed and to send an email and a rep will be in contact within 24 hours, but that’s obviously not the case.

The pot is not cement it is just a regular flower pot painted grey. I tried to reach customer service to return it and no one responds.
