The product itself is great your email system and communication needs some update never sends out any emails for tracking or order confirmation

My case wouldn't open after I installed battery to range finder. I sent a email to Dave and he responded right away and I have a new case being ship. Great customer support. Thanks Dave. PS I finally got to use the range finder after I had to break the zipper on case and I love it.
