This is the most useful tracking software I’ve ever used because it’s so easy and quick to use, it’s easy to see patterns, relationships, and histories, and the MyMee staff can offer insights. My PCP and healthcare support team appreciate the information I can show them. Most importantly, it’s helping me figure out how to reverse diabetes. Almost there!

This program was absolutely critical in my ongoing management and recovery from long COVID. My health coach, Jennifer, is both empathetic and knowledgeable from her base of functional medicine, and always had a variety of very helpful approaches for me to try each time we met. My long COVID journey began in April 2020, when doctors and the healthcare system didn't know much about how COVID was impacting the body, and I was falling through the cracks. I was able to gradually and effectively get my symptoms under control through the MyMee program, since most of them reflected autoimmune issues. Conventional medical research has now caught up to realize the connection between longhaul COVID and autoimmune disease, but it's two years later and I don't know what I would have done in the meantime if it wasn't for the amazing help I got from my MyMee health coach. I am so, so grateful. I was able to take control of my horrifying health situation and regain some normalcy in my life. I can't express my relief and gratitude enough, honestly. I consider Jennifer to be a good friend on this long track to what I hope will be a total recovery one day.

The Mymee program has been such a blessing. 5 years ago I had a surgery that I feel I have never recovered from. Since then I developed an autoimmune disease and have really struggled with my health. The Mymee program has put me back on a healthy track! My health coach Chelsea is outstanding! She looks at my diet, supplements, lifestyle, etc to identify "triggers" that set me back. Many times she has suggested alternatives to certain foods or supplements that have really made me feel better. I feel that if I had this program(and Chelsea) available to me after the surgery I wouldn't have gotten the autoimmune disease. Thanks so much!

I am a picky person who has high standards when it comes to my care team. Mymee has been amazing! My health coach Chelsea has been a wonderful treasure chest of knowlege and support for me. The tracking method was easy to work with and conform to my crazy life and schedules. It is a great support to anyone who suffers from autoimmune issues. I would highly recommend their programs.

Having someone to support me To begin with, I was a bit skeptical. However, I quickly realized that the coach is really there to support and guide me - all the way to feeling better. And the weekly, one-on-one calls are critical. It holds me accountable and it feels good to try different things together with someone. I may have known what I needed to do, but I needed a jumpstart and some accountability. Changing habits are hard to do.

Honestly thought I did this yesterday stating how wonderful your business has been for me. Chelsea has been more than patient with me. Not going to lie it’s been hard switching a diet that I have done since eating my first solid foods Some things we tried have produced no results while others may potentially prove to be extremely helpful (doesn’t mean it’s easy but it’s totally worth it. Im still learning new things from her. I love learning so this part is great

Great service; however coach is a little too forceful.

This is a program that was available to me when I needed the most. I’ve learned a lot about possible flair triggers, nutrition, supplementation, and self care tools in the months that I’ve been under the care of my l health coach. Thank you very much.
