Ultra Lite Products, Inc.Reviews of mypetcages.com

Products are always great and the service is always wonderful

I asked for some specific changes yo make the cage fit my cats needs ( bottom ofc the floor and a different screw system than the last pen). I am really grateful for the changes they made. It is exactly what I needed! This my 7th cage!

Very easy to order and just what we needed. Delivered fast, no hassles

I received the shipment and put it together THAT DAY!!! Easy-to-follow instructions were included and the excellent workmanship was evident in the fact that EVERY PART fit together PERFECTLY!!! I am so pleased with this purchase! I messaged several times for additional information prior to ordering the cage. The pre-purchase responses to my questions were courteous, thorough, and professional throughout this process. I had to save up for this purchase, but it was well worth every penny. I will definitely recommend to my fellow cat breeders. Thanks again!

We now have three of the D110 cages and I recommend them to anyone looking for a truly light-weight yet sturdy enclosure for their cat(s) or dog. They are also extremely helpful and responsive when I've had questions.

I have ordered 4 cages from Ultra Lite Products through the years and every cage is better than the previous one as the company has listened to its customers as to what they want and feel is important. They will customize your cage with whatever you need. I have been super pleased with their customer service also!

Customer service was excellent and the cage is very high quality.

MEOW Cat Rescue has purchased many Ultra Lite cages over the years. We've always had excellent service, whether buying new cages or ordering parts to renew the older ones. Thank you!
