I was incredibly disappointed with my experience with Petsies. I ordered multiple custom products of my beloved cat who passed away, Zakk, based on the quality shown in Petsies' advertising and examples on their website. Unfortunately, the finished products did not closely resemble my cat. One plush had obvious inaccuracies, and the figurine had several issues, including facial features and markings that were noticeably different from the reference photos I provided. When I contacted customer service, I explained my concerns in detail and provided side-by-side comparisons. Rather than addressing the specific issues, my concerns were repeatedly dismissed as a "difference of design opinion." What was most frustrating was that Petsies' refund policy states that figurines are non-refundable unless there is a design defect. I believed the issues I identified qualified as design defects, but that point was never meaningfully addressed. Instead, I was simply told the company stood by its work and was offered a free printed product instead of a refund. I understand that custom artwork involves some artistic interpretation, and I never expected an exact clone. However, I did expect a reasonable resemblance based on the many high-quality reference photos I submitted and the examples Petsies advertises. That expectation was not met. If you're considering Petsies, be aware that if you're unhappy with the final product, you may have very limited options for resolving the issue.

We have made thousands of plushies for pet owners, and I can promise you that each order is important to our team. We truly want to be part of helping you honor your cat’s memory, and I am sorry that you don’t feel that our products were able to do that for you. You have already been speaking with our customer service manager, and to try and rectify this situation for you, we offered you a full refund of both of your Petsies, which is a total of $581, that you accepted. Our figurines are not covered under the same return policy as the Petsies. I apologize if you aren’t happy with the result, but we do believe that your figurine represents the quality of work that we show on our website. It looks nothing like my furbaby. Are yall serious , do yall not have a heart. I was so excited my hubby got me one. But looking at the dog, looks nothing like my baby. Im so heart broken all over again. Until yall fix this I will not recommend anyone EVER!! 😡😢💔

It does not look like the picture I sent at all. It’s actually very scary. Low quality and definitely not worth the very high price. I expected much more from the videos I saw on social media. I want my money back.

I ordered pj bottoms, not a stuffed animal. Although the pj's bottoms are cute shipping was a complete disaster and the representatives do not care. I ordered black friday and website promised delivery by Christmas. The shorts were ready and shipping label printed on 12/11 but the package sat there for 10 days before they actually mailed it! I got it a couple days before Christmas. I am very hesitant with ordering here again and will probably try a different company next time. *** I followed the usps tracking and usps did not receive package for 10 days. I understand how this works and my mom was a usps worker as well. Nevertheless a company is never going to say it is them that dropped the ball. But even with this comment I am even more so not interested in using petsies again.

Buyer beware. They could not get my cat or dog right. My cat we went back and forth on a lot and the final product is actually scary and was a total waste of money. I can't even look at it, furthermore it isn't soft at all. My dog they never emailed me to review the product and just sent me something at it is also nothing like my dog, creepy eyes and not soft. I had planned on using these with students, but they are $600.00 down the drain unless I can get a refund.

Cheap Chinese product that does not live up to price or expectations. It's a decent replica of our pet but not fantastic. Whenever I tried to submit a real review on their website, they "decline" the review and push it back to be edited. I decided to post my actual review in as many places as possible for others to see. This company is not providing an honest collection of reviews on their website.
