Excellent Customer Services, Thank you for all your help to registered Medea. I greatly appreciate it, you service was prompt so avoiding any problems with my building management as only dogs under 30lbs are allowed so my German Shepherd is now more than welcome here as Service Dogs/ESD don't apply to that rule in BC. On top of all the certification an d letter, my local Doctor supported my need for a ESD by providing me with a letter as well. Great work, I am glad that this service is provided so I can't enjoy life to the fullest with my furry friend.

I have comfortably traveled with my support dog for over 2 years now. TheraPetic is a great company to work with. I have called on a few occasions with "emergencies" and have been surprised at how quickly the responded. I even emailed them in the middle of the night and had a "we are looking into it" response by morning! No complaints here !

This company is truely an amazing blessing to anyone who needs these little angels with paws in order to live a relatively normal life. Thank you Therapetic for giving me a second chance at a normal life.

I am a Paramedic (and Dog Lover) who struggles with things that “come with the Job” and I couldn’t be happier with my process with TheraPetic. I would happily give TheraPetic and its front line support workers a 5/5 stars. In a world where I often find myself let down in terms of services and customer satisfaction (maybe because of my high expections) I found TheraPetic an absolute pleasure and privilege to be involved with. From the website to the phone app to the personal emails and phone calls - my expectations were far exceeded. I couldn’t be happier with the information and service providered to me and my dog from TheraPetic and would highly recommend them to ANYONE.

Site was difficult to navigate. Once a mistake was made, I had to write to the tech support to change the name on the letter because I couldn't change it on my own. They responded quickly and made the changes immediately. The explanations of the the different packages weren't very clear. I haven't used the letter yet, so I will have to see if it worked for my flight.
