Anne was very nice
Anne was very nice, she texted me then called me to resolve my problem. Please give her a raise! I only wish all customer service was a good as she is. Five stars are not enough, I give her 10 stars!

An Initially Good Experience Turns Bad
Initially, RNK Health seemed to be a good company. As time went on, the prescription for Sermorelin required two injections per day, one in the morning and one at night. OK, easy right? So, I received the three vials but was only sent enough syringes for once a day injections. Now, this has been several months of receiving enough syringes for once per day injections. I expressed my concerns and was promised that the amount of syringes would be updated several months back. NOPE! Nothing, nada, zilch with the updated amount of syringes. This is poor customer service and poor communication with the compounding pharmacy. Additionally, RNK sent another month's prescription within two weeks of receiving a package. Then, sent none. After I looked at the RNK site to review my orders, there were no subsequent orders to view. So, out of six orders, one for every four weeks of 40 weeks, I only received four orders. Then they agreed to send an order that as of 4/29/2026, only one of the three vials were received.
