From the first transaction I had with this company several months ago until now, the experience has been unbelievably outstanding. Prior to a purchase, I reached out with questions. They were promptly answered with courtesy and with a tone like "we're glad you asked". Their tone also felt very honest....they weren't trying to make a sale. They were sharing their knowledge of a product and a company they were proud of. They sold me....and it was with sincerity and honesty. It was a sale based on "I want this" instead of "they sold me what?")

My silvery sheets are king size and fit the mattress well. But the most important feature is that they are so very comfortable. They are smooth without feeling slick, but they are also soft like feathers. Both of my children have now received a set of these sheets for their beds! It is so easy to spread these sheets over my bed in the morning!

I had a question I needed help with and Ann from Customer Service responded immediately and took care of it. So quickly! It was very impressive. She truly cares about the customers she helps, and it is demonstrated by her immediate attention to whatever issue that is pending in the moment. That's real dedication. I just wanted to give her another kudos for helping me and making my experience with Silvery great. Thank you Silvery and thank you, Ann! You really go above and beyond!

I really like my Silvery sheets and comforter. Would highly recommend. They have three styles of bedding, make sure you pick the right one. I got basic when I meant to get cooling. Still happy with what I have.
