Communication is prompt and professional. I really appreciated the fact that this last time I could fill out the refill request form and skip the burdensome step of scheduling a video call with a health professional. I felt that was an unnecessary step in the refill process after I answered the thorough questionnaire. It’s one thing if I needed answers but when it’s just a simple refill request it was a whole lot easier to complete the process without the consultation requirement. I hope this remains the procedure.

Was difficult over the weekend to get an answer regarding my med refill because it is only 5 days now til my next injection but it was my 1st time and I got confused but finally received resolution. The NP I spoke with today was very nice.
