They are in China. Long time delivery. Don't reply to emails

Hello Paul, Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify an important point: Mystic Perfume is based in Houston, Texas, USA — we are not located in China. All orders are shipped directly from our Houston facility. Regarding delivery times, delays can occasionally happen due to the shipping carrier, but we always provide tracking information so customers can follow their packages. We also respond to all emails and customer inquiries, though sometimes replies may end up in the spam/junk folder — we recommend checking there as well. We’d be happy to look into your order specifically and make sure everything is resolved. Please contact us directly at [email protected] with your order number so we can assist you right away. Best regards, Mystic Perfume

Great and fast shipping

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mystic Perfume! I ended up buying PDMs Oriana and Delina Exclusive. I was so worried, but with such a huge savings I had to take the chance. And I’m so grateful I did! They shipped my item the day after I purchased and I had my perfumes within a few days. They made sure the packaging was secure and my items arrived perfectly in tact. I verified the products and was able to confirm they were PDMs. I will now be a forever Mystic Perfume loyal customer! Thank you so much for providing such an incredible product at such an amazing price!!
