Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to cancel my flight to Cincinnati. I had it less than 4 hours and I was going to have to pay over $100 to cancel. I am 81 and on fixed income. This amount was equal to 25% of the cost of the ticket. JOHN realized that he had the ability to waive the fee. He did this graciously and I am very thankful for his kindness to me Ralph Spencer
