Took mytoolstore 8 working days, after being paid, to dispatch two simple time clocks where the website stated it would take 3-5 working days. Email replies also slow, 2 to 3 days. If you can find your product at another well known and fast service website, avoid this one. .

Finally... Got our order well most of it. Found out 1item had even discontinued yesterday after getting our order.

I ORDERED TWO WOODS SUCTION CLAMPS ON THE 13TH OF DECEMBER THEY TOOK MY PAYMENT RIGHT AWAY THEN I WAITED UNTIL CHRISTMAS WAS OVER THEN CALLED AND TALKED TO A PERSON THAT TOLD ME I WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO REACH ANYONE UNTIL AFTER THE NEW YEAR. SO I CALLED BACK THE AND THEY TOLD ME IT WAS ON BACK ORDER, I JUST RECIEVED THE ORDER TODAY THE 16TH OF JAN.

Bought a replacement part for dewalt sander. Website stated that a companion part was included, but it was not included in the shipment. I spoke with customer service and was informed that there was a mistake on the website. And the companion part must be bought separately. They offered to let me ship the product back, but didn't offer to return shipping costs. the website is still advertising the included part.
