I don’t even want to give 1 star Please do not buy. I brought this product that massager and it is junk and they give you a free. Neck band with holes in it. I emailed them and told him I wanted to refund it. It’s now 10 days in and I still have not gotten a rep packing slip. They keep sending me additional offers additional offers and I told him I didn’t want it even if it was free it’s not worth $10

THIS PRODUCT AND COMPANY IS A SCAM!! I ordered the Magic Pro 3.0 and was supposed to get additional free items which I did not. When the device arrived it does not work at anll and it is small as a toy! Trying to get a refund from them is like finding a needle in a haystack. They keep giving me the run around. They are telling me one thing and the bank another!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SCAMMING COMPANY OUT OF HONG KONG OR ANY OF THEIR FALSELY ADVERTISED PRODUCTS!’

They did not honor my refund request. I initiated a refund request a week after receiving the product and 2 months and 19 email exchanges later they have not even allowed me to return the product. Stay away from this company DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

No refund just like all the other reviews! The company are fraudulent do not buy they asked me to leave positive reviews for a refund which I’m assuming here the people who have were in the same position trying to get a refund.

If could give a minus star I would, It was great until one side stopped working a week in. There's no customer service number to call and email is a endless loop of them asking for a detailed video that they say they can't find in your email or they can't open and keep requesting a video, I can see it's attached and can open and play. Whatever you do don't purchase from this company. You'll not get any customer service and they won't honor refund or replacement.

I would rather give them zero stars. Customer service is an almost farcical AI I ordered a device. It did not work for me and I wanted to return it. After 3 attempts to convince me to keep it they gave me directions for the return process. This required me to give them info which they already had (it was, in fact, in our email thread) so they could generate some kind of number and then a label. I immediately gave them the info (again) and more than A MONTH later I am still waiting for the label. I have written numerous times and always get essentially a verbatim response -paragraphs long, flowery, obsequious - about how important my business is to them and how they are expediting my request and they just need a few more days. I told them I would start reporting them - this led to an assurance that they’d wrap the process up within a week. That was 2 weeks ago and the emails I’ve sent since are all responded to with the same flowery obsequious language.

I purchased this item online in good faith but since have been left completely stressed out by the absolutely disregard for the customer. I requested a return and refund the same day as the delivery due to a serious neck injury for which I was advised by clinicians not to use any product. I explained this and the return was granted. However for the last 3 weeks I have received no return label or information on how to proceed, all I receive is emails stating that they are in the process of creating the return label! This is just totally unacceptable and is causing me a huge amount of stress at what is already a terribly difficult time, all I want is the return label as per the promise and terms of sale and return this item which hasn’t even been opened! Please please please send the return label and refund the money so this out any more delaying like any decent company would have done immediately under distance selling laws! I am so stressed it’s impacting my recovery!
