Things were promised when we came to try on dresses (and ultimately chose one) that did not come to fruition when the dress arrived. For example - that the tulle gloves could be attached to the dress. And then I was told when I called (because the gloves hadn’t even arrived with the dress for the first fitting) that they would add buttons to the gloves (or dress) when the gloves arrived. That also didn’t happen. My daughter was told at the final fitting that they couldn’t do that. I also specified that the dress needed to be shipped and they tried to talk my daughter out of it at the fitting. I had to call and re-emphasize the need for it to be shipped across country so that she didn’t need to fly with it in addition to everything else that she needed to fly with. At the first fitting, when discussing bustling, my daughter and I wanted both the dress and the over skirt to be bustled. Second fitting, the over skirt bustle wasn’t done. My daughter had to have them do it right on the spot at the second fitting. Weddings are stressful enough without the added hassle of these things. Not good follow-up customer service at all.

I am overall happy with the dress I got at Nadia's, but I felt a bit blindsided by the price and pressured to make a purchase. No items in the store have price tags. I tried on a green gown off the rack and really liked it. I asked the sales associate how much it was, and before she told me the price another associate had already bagged up the item and handed it to me. I could have said no, but felt like I was obligated to proceed with a transaction even though the dress was much more expensive than I expected. The products here are high quality, but I likely won't return after this experience.

We came in with a very unusual mom/daughter dress request- and no experience. You were warm and we found amazing dresses- both of us! We'll send pictures when we wear them... All in literally one hour and 15 minutes. :)

Savannah was very helpful from the beginning to the end of the process of choosing my wedding dress, at the fittings, and providing customer service until my dress was officially picked up. I appreciated her passion in pulling dresses reflecting my style and other options as well. She made effort to explain different elements that could also be added such as buttons, a bow, gloves, and different types of veils. The vision of my dream dress truly came to fruition. The results after the alterations were also perfect. I went to a few other bridal shops, but had the best experience at Idina by far in terms of customer service, being personable, the presentation of detailed options, and the employees’ efforts to make brides feel comfortable throughout the whole experience.

The staff there were so kind and accommodating to us. They were able to fit us in and make prom dress shopping a huge success! Thank you.
