I wish I could give this company less than 1 star. I understand the current pandemic and the impact it has had but I was supposed to get my pool 6 weeks ago and never got an email, call or text. I called and online chatted at least 20x with various results. Please don't buy from this company. Just plain horrible customer service.

Considering the pandemic, we were told we will have the pool by July 30. So we fell for it and ordered the most expensive as that is all that was available. Today July 31, received an email that it be delivered sept 11. No one answers the phone at this company after they have your money. Buyer beware.

Well, we purchased a Jacuzzi spa late in the year last year. I don’t know if it is a result of this COVID outbreak or not, but service and warranty service is not possible. Many calls and visits went unanswered to have the controls replaced or repaired. Nothing. No call back or messages despite all of my calls and messages. I am very disappointed given the good reputation they once had. I know that Jacuzzi brand spas are one of the best rated, but I think Namco needs to get it’s act together.

Prices changed on their websites constantly. Discounts codes published were not honored at checkout. I emailed after placing my order, asking them to honor the published discount so they cancelled my order. Can’t get anyone to answer phone call or email to do the right thing. I reordered with no discount and at a higher price and I received the order quickly. Very disappointed. We’ve been customers for many years. If I can order my items from elsewhere I will. I have photos of the changing prices with dates and discount codes.

I ordered an item on line and was given a date and time to for curb side pick-up. When I arrived, I was given the wrong item. I had ordered a package of 50 test strips but was given a package of 25 test strips. When I informed the cashier of the mistake, she said " We don't have the 50 strip package." I advised her that I had paid for 50 strips, had to wait three days for them to supposedly come in, and then told you don't have them. She stated "What do you want me to do?" I told her I wanted the other 25 strips that I had paid for. She walked over to the display of test strips and handed me another package of 25 strips. " Does that make you happy?"she said. I said it did and left. If you are going to offer on-line sales for safe distancing purposes, at least have the items ordered.

Everyone for the love of god please get your pool someplace else this company is by far the worst company in the world to deal with when it comes to Customer Service I’m begging you please do not shop here you will have buyers regret

I asked for a refund and was assured it would come but I haven’t received it and after I asked two more times I have gotten no response. I have been waiting over 30 days.
