I wish there had been more information. about using the hearing aide charger , the time needed to boot the aids up, and how long it is needed before you can use them for an 18 hour run. Yes, I did leave them in the charger over night , that is a NO, NO, I can only get three hours use and do love them.

The hearing aids are not as good as they say they are. Hard to adjust the volume. You get a lot of feedback. But unfortunately this was all I could afford. Will later try another brand.

I bought the hearing aids on the 23 of May and already had trouble with them by June 6 th twice so they sent me a new pair and send the old ones back and had to pay $13.85 to send them back I guess you don’t stand behind your product very much .

The hearing aids will not stay in and one was lost outside within 30 minutes of first putting them in.

Left hearing aid will not hold a charge. It can charge overnight, not turn it on for 2 hours and it’s dead! Recharge it for 2-3 hours and turn it on and it will work for 3-8 hours maybe . Not happy with them right now! Right one will stay operational for 8-9 hours! No issues with it!

Still buzzing in the hearing aids even though we changed out the ear piece. tried lowering then but still loud enough for everyone near me to hear it.
