Really loved this company , they are legit the communication and whole process was easy its was nice being able to send messages back and forth and just having someone there to explain everything was nice .The only thing that sucks is I think I’m most likely gonna have to leave this company because I’m on the highest dose of Semaglutide and been on it for a while now and can start to tell my cravings for food is starting to come back so after your body gets use to the dose I guess that’s what happens and before anyone saids anything I can’t afford the other medication due to their price being high just wanted to let people know my experience with this company. Just know if you’re on the same last highest dose of the Semaglutide your body will eventually get use to it and the cravings will come back even if you continue taking that dose. Delivery time was really good. Packages were always cold.

I was able to get my refund after my order was not shipped, and I am thankful for that.

I’ve been getting trizepatide from NativeMed for over six months. I didn’t lose weight, in fact I gained a couple of pounds. I wrote about my concerns and I kept getting generic messages about exercise and eating-what!!! I know about this I’ve been trying my whole life. I recently suggested that I switch to semaglutide. I had a lot of success with Semaglutide through Henry Meds but hit a plateau so switched. I’m concerned that the quality of their prescriptions are not the best quality. I’m sticking with them a little longer for semaglutide but I’m a bit skeptical. And it’s frustrating to me that they didn’t have answers and didn’t seem to want to increase my dose because I paid for 6 months at one time.

When trying to get a hold of a live person that’s a NO GO! They use AI to answer your questions. Then when they finally respond it’s the next morning. Native Meds has to do better system before losing people!

Delivery took a bit longer than expected. Box arrived with no step-by-step guide and the directions for proper dosing on the label on the packaging containing the medication are blurred out. Impossible to read what’s required after the first four weeks.

Customer service is fantastic but I feel the Tirzepatide is weak. I’ve been on 5mg since April but was getting the meds from my doctor and I’ve lost 60 pounds but 2 weeks ago I switched to Native Meds 7.5 due to not being able to continue paying the high fees my provider charges I haven’t lost a pound in the two weeks and I’m having lots of food noise. I think i will just have to sacrifice something and go back to my provider which I notice the meds from them were Tirzepatide plus.

Everything was great except for the time it took my medication to get to me it was put on the truck on the 11th and I did not receive it until the 15th hopefully with the heat it didn't mess up the medication

I was under the impression that I would have an ACTUAL consultation with a physician/PA/FNP as well as receive instructions on how to use the medication; what I receveid was not what I expected. I was only told that the medicine would be sent with instructions on its use; nothing more. The term consult is misleading and misused as it was just a sales pitch on what medicine I wanted.
