I ordered a product from them, and a week later I never got any shipping information, so I called them, and got a person that said "OH sorry, the order had to be RE-KEYED: for some reason. WTH????? One week and only I call and they say its still in their warehouse!!!! I was mad and the product came late.

Hey Anthony, I am sorry the shipping time frame did not meet your expectations. In an effort to provide the best shipping services for the best value for our customers, we use UPS SurePost and Mail Innovations for our economy shipping. These methods can be a tad slower as they are first shipped to your local post office by UPS and then delivered by USPS. I was looking for a natural alternative to seizure meds for my Chiweenie. He had been on medication for seizures before, but gradually was weaned off. He was seizure free for a few years, when out of the blue they started again. I searched the internet for something natural, and I saw Ease Sure. I read the reviews, and was impressed by all of the positive feedback. Well, he has been on it now for about 3 weeks, and no seizures! It may be too soon to tell, but so far so good. And I feel better giving him something without all of the side effects.

I set up and auto order for some of my kids supplements and I received an email telling me it was coming up and to move it out (if needed) to go online and do so. I was NOT able to find anything on the site to do this. So I reached out to Customer Service via email and they were not able to locate my information based on my email. Seriously? I don't have the time to call in and sort this out - so I got the auto-shipment and the supplements will just go unused at a sort of expensive price. Otherwise, I like their supplements.
