Personally I don’t like to write a review, but I will continue to buy cables from this brand, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that if the mobile phone cable breaks, it can be replaced for free! This after-sales service is something no one else has.

Purchased a (Re)Classic iphone case direct instead of from a third party (to benefit the manufacturer). Case arrived and colour was very different to that on advertised pictures. Eventually managed to get them to accept a return but this was to HK and at my cost. If you want to buy a Native Union product then go to a third party so you don’t have to go through the same. Would not recommend as a seller.

Such amazing service! Native Union’s warranty process is so simple. I will never buy phone chargers from anywhere else.

Rubbish. They’re not the finest materials - the RE(CLASSIC) case is cheap junk. It feels like sticky plastic. They declined a return request even though the case was already coming apart straight out of the box. They’re based in Hong Kong and demand that any return is sent there, and even though the product is defective refused to accept a refund.

Impossible 14-day return policy. Wanted to return a phone case but they require you to arrange international delivery to their Hong Kong warehouse. Took about 5 attempts to contact their customer service in order to get this unhelpful information.

I recently got a charging stand and there’s issue with the joint which makes it hard to use. Contact the support and they get back to me within 48 hr and offer to send me a replacement with equal amount of value since the exact same one is out of stock. The agent was very responsive and I’m happy with my experience.
