Great selection of natural rugs. Easy to understand & maneuver website. Prices are fair. Communication regarding delivery was frequent and on pointe. Actual product even far nicer in person than it appeared on the website.

The company allowed us to return a rug that didn't work for our room. We did this be driving to the warehouse by appointment. We already chose another rug that was suggested on our phone call. The new rug worked perfectly and cost us less money.
