I ordered 10lbs of the sisal rug remnants to make cat scratchers with and they are super high quality! They were also the best deal I could find. I was able to make 2 4ft posts and still have extras for mats. I'll definitely be ordering again when the posts wear out. Better quality than expected. Took about a week to ship almost 2 weeks to arrive. Worth it.

The rug arrived quickly but had a sort of odor to it. The company was very quick to respond and let me know that the smell is normal for this type of rug and they explained what I can do to alleviate it. Very nice people to work with!

My rug arrived with an 18-inch blue line imbedded in the sisal. When I contacted Natural Area Rugs, they immediately responded to resolve the problem. A new rug was shipped in perfect condition. The customer service was excellent and I would definitely do business with this company again.
