I was initially skeptical on purchasing a rug from a company across the country without having the opportunity to examine the product. I was extremely pleased once it arrived. It looks great and arrived pretty quickly.

Exactly what I specified on a custom rug, delivered sooner than expected. What more could you ask for? Definitely would recommend and use again!

The rug is beautiful! It came on time and was very well packaged. I would order again.

Carpet was custom made and arrived in 10 days from order placement, just as ordered (size & materials). Had previously ordered samples so no surprises as to the actual carpet material. Binding seems to well attached. Knocked down one star because there are some long streaks in the carpet that make it look like a thread is missing or something else is going on. Does not look like it will degrade durability - just a bit of a cosmetic defect.

The rug is so very pretty and I called several times about it as it was a custom size and the staff was so kind and answered all my questions. I would defintly use them again
