I am pleased with my rug for my entry, I think it is going to hold up to traffic super well as it is a bit on the hard side( I knew this from sample piece) but seems extremely durable. Happy with price also. Any custom made rug is expensive, this was very reasonable. Yes I would purchase again. Ordering the sample pieces and sample binding sealed the deal.

Second sisal area rug i got and i am very impressed with the quality of these and the fast shipping. I do cut in half the long way and wrap around 4 in diameter PVC pipes to make tall (6-7 feet) scratching/climbing posts for my cats. Incredibly sturdy, perfect and safe natural material for the cats needs. These thick and nicely woven carpets take the use (abuse) well and the posts look nicer that those covered with poly carpet. I really love your sisal.

So far we like the product (stair treads) and appreciate the natural fiber look. I have noticed that only 1 day after installing the treads, some of the fibers are unraveling and when I walk on the stairs these fibers look like stands of thick hair or tufts of dog fur. I’m disappointed that this makes the stairs look less clean. We were also surprised to took so long to receive the product; you should share more information about the timeline to receive the product so that customers are better informed.

The information on phone was great. The product is what we wanted. The mailing system was quite slow.

Since my purchase was a custom product it did take a little bit longer than an in stock product but it was well worth the wait.

I ordered 10 pounds of remnants to make a cat scratch post. I liked the material and the patterns. Quality is good. Would consider getting a rug from this company.

Quick turnaround, nice selection of remnants, looking forward to inventing a wall-hanging scratch post for our cats.
