Company was quick in response to where my package was. My only wish was to see sales thru out the year where it would help customers struggling who are on a tight budget.

My dog loves these treats and won’t eat any other brand The local store where I buy them always runs out pretty quickly and takes a month or so to get another shipment so when I can get them at the store I will definitely be ordering them from your company Thank you

Easy to order and it came just as my cat finished the last can of food. The reason for only 4 stars is because there was no tracking info...that I could find. I didn't know when to expect it or who to expect to deliver it. I give them grace since they are a small company (and it could have been somewhere that I just didn't see). I called and actually spoke with a person (yeah!!) and they gave me the info so all was well. I would order from this company again.

we have ordered several times, and always receive in 3 or 4 days. Our last order took a while longer as the post office somehow put our order in the wrong box. When I notified Natural pet warehouse, they looked into the situation for me and kept me up to date on what was going on. Will continue to order from them as they take care of their customers.

The mistakenly only sent one of two items ordered…. I called, they apologized and shipped second item immediately. Mistakes happen, it’s how they’re handled that’s important. Good service!

Ten days had passed and I'd never received notice of my order having shipped. Reached out to the company to see if there was a problem, or if it would be coming soon. Within minutes I received a reply. Somehow it had been overlooked, and I would be shipped immediately on Monday morning. (This was a Saturday.) Monday came, and partway through the day, I received notice it had been shipped and apologies for the oversight. After that, it came very quickly! Really appreciate the apology and the company taking responsibility for its mistake, and then correcting it! Prices were great, and the rest of the service was wonderful! Mistakes happen, but thanks for fixing it!!

Service is great! Hate they changed the texture of the Momentum Buffalo Tripe treats from a disc to a crumbly nugget.

I bought differents dog treats and my pet loves them :)
