Dear Customer, We understand that you were not happy with the process. I would like to inform you that the product is shipped locally if it is available locally. However, if not then the product will be shipped from overseas as we strive to get our customers their desired products to be delivered at any cost. The best part is we absorb the cost of all import duties, which means that our customers are never expected to pay any additional import duties. In a one-off scenario in case Customs/Post charges any additional import duties, we request our customers to share the email/text/payment receipt that is been sent by the customs/Post in regards to the charges to be paid and we will reimburse the amount.
