The Navan platform is very easy to use and the app is even easier to use. I have had no issues with anything. I would recommend this platform to everyone.

My budget rental was not as smooth. I was at the airport 3 hours trying to pick up the car. I have been booking my self 3 years without issue but this was chaotic for me. I did all 3 points of m travel thru Navan air, hotel, and car.

From an admin perspective, had some issues with the banner messaging. Seems to not be working properly at the moment. 1. Reset the dates and published it multiple times to troubleshoot. 2. The invoicing documentation is now more intuitive. 3. A nice to have would be for our Corporate negotiated rates to be first and foremost in the search engine view.

Thank you for your feedback, Janeen! We appreciate you highlighting the banner messaging issue - our team will look into it. We’re glad to hear the invoicing documentation is now more intuitive, and your suggestion about prioritising corporate negotiated rates in the search engine view is great. I’ll pass it along to the team!

Since we got Allison, it has been great. We had 3 different representatives before we got her. We were just thrown into the platform's expense side, and she is helping us resolve the issues.

I can book all my work trips in OnePlace. I can pay for all work-related expenses, and all I need to do is upload a receipt, and they do the rest.
